Several ingredients of this food are rice, udad dal, corn & wheat flour, iodized salt, citric acid, fenugreek and sodium bi-carbonate. Ingredients
Rice Flour, Udad Dal Flour, Corn Flour, Wheat Flour, Iodised salt, Citric Acid, Fenugreek, Sodium bi-carbonate.
Dhosa Recipe
Empty DHOSA MIX in a bowl, add 6 cup of water Stir it well to form a smooth mixture. Allow the mix to stand undisturbed for 30 minutes. Place a frying pan on medium heat and sprinkle a little water on it. Wipe with a clean piece of cloth and spread a little oil on it. Stir the mixture and spread large spoonful thinly and evenly in circle on the pan by pressing with a spoon. Fry only one side and before lifting up the dhosa from the pan, sprinkle oil onthe cap and along the edges. Serve hot dhosa with Sambhar and Chutney. For Masala Dhosa, add Pre-Cooked Potato-onion 'masala'.

ચોખાનો લોટ, ઉડદનો લોટ, મક્કાઈનો લોટ, ઘંઉનો લોટ, અયોડાઇસ મીઠુ, સીટ્રીક એસીડ, સોડિયમ બાઇ-કાર્બોનેટ.
ઢોસા બનાવવાની રીત
૫૦૦ ગ્રામના એક પેકેટ ઉપર આશરે ૬ કપ જેટલુ પાણી નાખવું લોટને રબડી-બાસુદી જેવો નરમ રાખવો. અડધો કલાક પલળવા દેવો. નોન-સ્ટીક તાવડી લઈને ચૂલા પર મુકવી. તાવડી ગરમ થાય એટલે નીચે ઉતારી તેલ અને પાણી વાળા કટકાથી બરાબર સાફ કરવી અને ફરીથી ચુલા પર મુકવી એક કડછી જેટલુ ખીરૂ લઈ તાવડી પર પાથરીને ધીરે ધીરે આખી તાવડી પર ફેલાવવું એક ચમચી તેલ લઈને આજુ બાજુ છાંટવુ ત્યાર બાદ કાંદા બટાકાનો પૂરણ મુકી ડાબે જમણે વાળી લઈ તવેથાથી નીચે ઉતારવું દરેક ઢોસા બનાવતા પહેલાં તાવડીને તેલ-પાણીના પોતાથી સાફ કરવુ જોઈએ. કોપરાની ચટણી તથા દાળ સંભાર સાથે પીરસવું.
