The basic ingredients of these products are rice, juwar, mungdal, mathdal, chanadal, cholidal, salt, citric acid, soda-bi-carb, sugar, red chilly, asafetida, and turmeric (all in powder form). These products are offered in proper packaging to retain their taste and aroma.

Ingredients
Rice, Juwar, Mungdal, Mathdal, Chanadal, Cholidal, Salt, Citric acid, Soda-bi-Carb, Sugar, Red Chilly, Asafetida, Turmeric etc (All ingredients in Powder form)
Handwa Mix Recipe
Add and mix 50gm of edible oil into 500 gm of Handwa mix flour per packet. Take 600gm of water and mix the flour with it in a bowl. Then wait for an hour. After an hour, boil a little edible oil with mustard seeds and leaves. Spread this liquid over the flour and spread some white sesame over it. Now put an iron baking plate on a stove or gas-barnes. Make a thin layer of sand on this plate and heat it at full flame for 10 minutes. Then cover that bowl containing the flour and put it on sand. Keep it there for 10 minutes at full flame. Then let it be there for 45 minutes at low heat. When the upper layer of the flour becomes golden brown your Handwa is Ready to be served.

 

 

સામગ્રી
ચોખા, જુવાર, મુંગ દાળ, મઠ દાળ, ચણા દાળ, ચોળી દાળ, મીઠુ, સીટ્રીક એસીડ સોડા-બાઇ-કાર્બોનેટ, ખાંડ, લાલ મરચા, હળદર
હાંડવો બનાવવાની રીતબનાવવાની રીત
૫૦૦ ગ્રામના એક પેકેટ દીઠ ૫૦ ગ્રામ તેલનું મોણ નાંખવુ. ૬૦૦ ગ્રામ પાણી નાંખી લોટને એક કલાક પલળવા દેવો. એક કલાક પછી થોડું તેલ લઈ રાઈ લીમડાનો વઘાર કરી બાંધેલા લોટ ઉપર પાથરી દેવો. લોટ ઉપર થોડા સફેદ તલ નાંખવા. ત્યારબાદ પ્રાયમસ અથવા ગેસ ઉપર લોઢાની તાવડી મૂકી તાવડીમાં થોડી રેતી નાંખવી રેતીને દસ મીનીટ ફુલ તાપે ગરમ થવા દેવી. ત્યારબાદ બાંધેલા લોટ ની તપેલીને ઢાંકણુ ઢાંકી તાવડીમાં રેતી ઊપર મૂકી દેવી બીજી દસ મીનીટ સુધી તપેલીને ફુલ તાપે ઉપર જ રાખવી અને ત્યાર પછી તાપ ધીમો કરી દેવો. લગભગ પોણો કલાક સુધી ધીમા તાપે હાંડવો થવા દેવો. તપેલીમાં હાંડવાની ઉપરનું પડ લાલ થઈ જાય ત્યાં સુધી થવા દેવું. ત્યારબાદ ઉતારી લેવું અને તમારા માટે ગરમા-ગરમ ટેસ્ટી હાંડવો તૈયાર!!
